Letter of Authorisation

If your tickets are on Box Office collection but you’re not going to be at the event yourself, you need to give the person who is a Letter of Authorisation. Below is a template for this for you to fill in and print out.

Name of person collecting the tickets :

The type of photographic ID that person will have with them :
(driving license, passport etc)

Last 4 digits of the payment card :

Don’t forget that the card holder also needs to sign the letter!
